HELP| i got problem with lunch the game

iHellow and thank to helpers .
no i instal the game all regular.
but now whun i prees game loader and click start it show me problem like: "I>>.......... patchbase.dll" (the "....." is same russian latters but not aword).
so please any admin or any one who repair this problem please help i so want to play i can not wait any more.

Can you please specify your problem by uploading the screenshots of the windows, that confuse you, and I will try to give you the help you need.

btw: can you please write in proper English so that I am able to understand your troubles clearly... :)
